在J.D. 学位课程 at this law school who successfully complete 的 first-year law study must pass 的 First-Year Law Students’ Examination required by Business and Professions Code §6060(h) and Title 4, 部门1, 第一章规则四.3(l) of 的 Rules of The State Bar of California as part of 的 requirements to qualify to take 的 California Bar Examination. A student who passes 的 First-Year Law Students’ Examination within three (3) administrations of 的 examination after first becoming eligible to take it will receive credit for all legal studies completed to 的 time 的 examination is passed. A student who does not pass 的 examination within three (3) administrations of 的 examination after first becoming eligible to take it must be promptly disqualified from 的 law school’s J.D. 学位课程.
